  • Ronen A. Bojmel is a NYC based investor. Formerly he was a Partner and a Managing Director of Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC, a New York-based investment bank focusing on corporate restructuring. Prior to joining Miller Buckfire, Ronen was a member of the financial restructuring group of Wasserstein Perella & Co./ Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, which he joined in 1996.
  • Shosh Friedman is a world medical renowned regulatory affairs specialist, with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of regulatory affairs, clinical trials, and quality assurance of medical devices and biotechnology, She served as SVP, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs and member of senior management of Given Imaging (NASDAQ: GIVN).
  • Tzameret Fuerst is the CEO of PrePex, a medical technology company focused on HIV prevention in Africa. Previously, she was EVP at Peak Corporate Network, Director of Strategy and Marketing at RichFX (acquired by Channel Advisor) and Director of New Products and Global Marketing at Keter (Lipski Ltd). Her lay leadership includes serving as Chairwoman and founding member of  the New York City based organizations Dor Chadash and Israeliness.org
  • Yaron Galai  is the Co-founder and CEO of Outbrain, Inc. (www.outbrain.com), a startup developing a blog and RSS rating platform catering to RSS aggregators, online publishers, and bloggers.  Was the Co-founder and CEO of Quigo, Inc. (www.quigo.com), a provider of performance-based marketing solutions for advertisers and premium publishers which was acquired by AOL.  Prior to founding Quigo, was co-founder & VP Business Development at Ad4ever, a developer of rich-media advertising technologies for the web (acquired by Atlas, later part of Microsoft). Mr. Galai studied industrial design at the Holon Technological Institute, and is a Major (reserve) in the Israeli Navy.
  • Dr. Avraham Kadar, M.D., Founder, Chairman and CEO of BrainPOP and successful serial entrepreneur, having started or invested in several Internet and technology companies. His 1999 start-up, BrainPOP, was created to teach his young patients about asthma and allergies. Now he has gone from educating his patients to educating a nation, creating a library of more than 650 animated BrainPOP movies which are being used by more than 25 percent of U.S. schools.  Dr. Kadar is Board-certified in Pediatrics and Diagnostic Laboratory Immunology, and practices in New York. A graduate of Sackler Medical School Tel Aviv, Dr. Kadar trained in Pediatrics in Israel and at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Hospital in New York. He was a Fellow in the Laboratory of Clinical Investigation at the National Institute of Health. He serves as AditAll’s Founder, Chairman and CEO and works closely with the company’s other executives in defining and executing overall strategy.
  • Professor Achi Ludomirsky, M.D., an Internationally renowned pediatric cardiologist, is the director of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology and a professor of pediatrics in the NYU School of Medicine. He served on multiple committees and was the president of the pediatric echocardiography society (SOPE) as well as the chair of the pediatric council of the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) for four consecutive years. Ludomirsky served as a partner at Gemini Funds of Israel and as a Venture partner at Advent International (Boston ,USA) and Oakwood Medical (St.Louis ,USA).
  • David Meister is a Director at Singer Meister Ltd., the exclusive Israeli partner of Capital Dynamics, an independent asset management organization.  Capital Dynamics works with insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, family offices and high net worth investors, and focuses on private equity, clean energy and infrastructure, and real estate.  Prior to Capital Dynamics, David spent 11 years with Deloitte & Touche based in the United States and Latin America.  As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s New York based Private Equity group and San Francisco based Mergers & Acquisitions group, David accumulated over $20 billion of pre and post acquisition transaction experience serving strategic acquirers and large buyout funds including Blackstone, Evercore, and others.
  • Yehoshua (Shuki) Raz has over 30 years of international business experience, including long stints as VP-Finance for a number of start-ups in the Israeli defense industry (related to the conversion of military technology to civilian commercial uses) and CEO of Bateman BV, one of the world’s leading contracting and downstream engineering companies which he took public in 2006 on the AIM in London. Mr. Raz grew Bateman’s revenue more than 10 times during his tenure, reaching US$ 800 million in contracts around the world, including significant activity in emerging markets operated via 8 in-country hubs. He has extensive experience in working with international banks, export agencies and other funding institutes (EBRD, IFC, the World Bank).
